Welcome Home Amsterdam's book cover and illustrations are in progress! This 'literary guidebook to the city' is soon to be released in April 2025 by Storyhouse Works. Amsterdam turns 750 years old and the launch of this book in a few months time would be a great way to celebrate the birthday of this amazing city. Welcome Home Amsterdam is author Talia Stone's short collection of fictional tales, all based in and around Amsterdam, is a logical outcome of her creative adventures! When Talia is not busy writing her own stories, she hosts storytelling workshops for individuals and teams, also takes tourists on historic adventures through Amsterdam.
FISHING story illustration
This FISHING illustration is my favourite one so far. It took its place in its coloured form on the cover of Talia's book. I have finished the front cover layout and the illustrative map of Amsterdam that would go in the book. 12 thumbnail size drawings that relates to each story plus 10 whole page or 2 paged illustrations are also finalised! The layout is in progress thanks to Lisa Hall of Lemonberry.
